The contract shall require the publisher: (a) To print and publish each volume in the style stipulated in the contract within 60 days after the manuscript is delivered by the reporter. (b) To sell copies to the state for official use only at the price fixed in the contract. (c) To keep on hand and for sale at the price stipulated in the contract a sufficient number of each volume to supply all demands for six years after the publication. (d) To give bonds in the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for the fulfillment of the terms of the contract.
