For the purposes of this part, the following agencies, organizations, and programs enumerated in this chapter shall be exempt from consolidation required by this part; (a) Vehicles owned and operated by school districts shall be exempt from this part. (b) Employees of school districts shall be exempt from this part. (c) Individual transportation allowances and recipients of such allowances, as defined in Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11200) of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, shall be exempt from this part. (d) Individual transportation allowances and recipients of such allowances, as defined in Part 5 (commencing with Section 17000) of Division 9 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, shall be exempt from this part. (e) Individual transportation allowances and recipients of such allowances, as defined in Article 3 (commencing with Section 12550) of Chapter 4 of Part 3 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, shall be exempt from this part. (f) Individual transportation allowances and recipients of such allowances, as provided under Title XX of the Social Security Act shall be exempt from this part.
