The Department of General Services succeeds to and is vested with all of the duties, powers, purposes, responsibilities, and jurisdiction vested in the Division of Architecture, the State Architect, or the Department of Transportation under Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 39100) of Part 23 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Education Code, and Sections 15543, 16008, and 90106 of the Education Code.
