Consistent with Section 1090, no Member of the Legislature, or any state, county, district, judicial district, or city officer or employee who also serves on a tripartite board shall vote on a contract or other matter before a tripartite board, that would have a direct bearing on services to be provided by that member, officer, or employee, or any business or organization which that member, officer, or employee directly represents or that would financially benefit that member, officer, or employee, or the business or organization that the member, officer, or employee directly represents.
