The limited liability partnership filing fees are the following: (a) Filing a registration for a registered limited liability partnership: Seventy dollars ($70). (b) Filing a registration for a foreign limited liability partnership: Seventy dollars ($70). (c) Filing an amendment to the registration of a limited liability partnership registration: Thirty dollars ($30). (d) Filing an amendment to the registration of a foreign limited liability partnership: Thirty dollars ($30). (e) Filing a notice of change of status pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 16954 of the Corporations Code: Thirty dollars ($30). (f) Filing any other partnership statement for a limited liability partnership, unless another fee is specified by law or the law specifies that no fee is to be charged: Thirty dollars ($30).
