(a) The State Veterinarian may designate approved veterinarians to buy, possess, or use tuberculosis tests and may suspend or revoke that designation. (b) The State Veterinarian may designate a duly authorized representative of the department or of the United States Department of Agriculture to possess or use tuberculosis tests and may suspend or revoke that designation.
