Consistent with Section 8041 of the Fish and Game Code, the following persons shall remit the fees required by subdivision (a) of Section 76900 to the secretary: (a) Any person who is required to be licensed as a fish receiver by Section 8033 of the Fish and Game Code, and receives salmon in this state from persons conducting the activities of a commercial fisherman. (b) Any commercial fisherman licensed pursuant to Section 8033.5 of the Fish and Game Code who sells salmon to the ultimate consumer.
