If a manufacturing milk handler fails to pay any producer in the manner that is required by this chapter, the director may require the filing of a new or additional bond in the amount determined by the director to be sufficient to satisfy claims for the payment of producers thereafter supplying manufacturing milk to the manufacturing milk handler.
