(a) No person, other than a corporate officer, licensed and employed as an agent, shall control the business of the licensee, as determined by the director. (b) For purposes of this section, “control” includes, but is not limited to, possession, either direct or indirect, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of the licensee. (c) Violation of this section shall, after notice and opportunity for hearing, constitute grounds for license revocation of either, or both, the licensee or agent by the director.
