Rice certified pursuant to this chapter shall be labeled as follows or with substantially similar language: “THIS LOT OF RICE CERTIFIED (accurate identification of specified attribute) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CALIFORNIA RICE CERTIFICATION ACT OF 2000.” The label shall also include the name of any organization that provided the certification as the commission’s designate. The commission may revise the label language with the concurrence of the secretary.
