UHT eggnog is an unfrozen product which is made with milk, cream, evaporated or condensed milk, evaporated or condensed skim milk, dry milk solids, nonfat dry milk solids, buttermilk, whey, lactose, lactalbumins, lactoglobulins, and modified whey, or any combination thereof, egg yolk or whole eggs, sweetening, and harmless flavoring with or without harmless coloring. Harmless edible stabilizers may be added. UHT eggnog may contain ingredients authorized by the director, by regulation, under Section 38791.5. It shall be processed and packaged pursuant to Section 39701.
