(a) In Districts 20A and 21, round haul nets may be used. (b) In District 20, round haul nets may be used, except (1) from sunrise Saturday to sunset Sunday, in the area from a line extending three nautical miles east magnetically from the extreme easterly end of Santa Catalina Island southwesterly and northerly to a line extending three nautical miles southwest magnetically from the most southerly promontory of China Point and (2) at any time during the period commencing on June 1 and ending on September 10 in each year, in the area from a line extending three nautical miles east magnetically from the extreme easterly end of Santa Catalina Island southerly to a line extending three nautical miles southeasterly magnetically from the United States government light on the southeasterly end of Santa Catalina Island. (c) Subdivision (b) shall not be construed as restricting the right to use the waters therein specified for anchorage of vessels at any time.
