(a) In Districts 16, 17, 18, and 19, round haul nets may be used, except that purse seines or ring nets may not be used in that portion of District 19 lying within three miles offshore from the line of the high-water mark along the coast of Orange County from sunrise Saturday to sunset Sunday from May 1 to September 10, inclusive. (b) Purse seine or ring nets may not be used from May 1 to September 10, inclusive, in the following portions of District 19: (1) Within a two-mile radius of Dana Point. (2) Within a two-mile radius of San Mateo Point. (3) Within two miles offshore from the line of the high-water mark along that portion of the coast of Orange County lying between the northernmost bank of the mouth of the Santa Ana River and a point on that coast six miles south therefrom.
