For the purpose of exhibiting fish and game educational material at fairs or sportsmen’s shows and making other public displays, and to make conservation educational materials on fish and game available for any public use, including fairs, sportsmen’s shows, schools, and civic organizations, the department may: (a) Accept on behalf of the State donations of money and services from any person to defray such expenses as may be incurred by the department in connection therewith. (b) Charge admissions or make a charge for the use of any departmental material or exhibits to be used in a fair, sportsmen’s show, or by a civic organization.
