(a) In the event a regular employee of a community college district has tenure as a full-time regular employee of the district, any assignment or employment of such employee in addition to his or her full-time regular assignment may be terminated by the governing board of the district at any time. (b) Any assignment or employment of a contract employee in addition to his or her full-time assignment may be terminated by the governing board of the district at any time.
