The targeted instructional improvement block grant shall include funding apportioned to school districts prior to January 1, 2005, for purposes of the following programs: (a) Targeted instructional improvement as set forth in Chapter 2.5 (commencing with Section 54200) of Part 29. (b) Supplemental grants as set forth in Article 9 (commencing with Section 54760) of Chapter 9 of Part 29.
