The budget submitted pursuant to Section 14050 shall include an amount equal to that specified by law as the state’s contribution toward payment of the annual salary of the county superintendent of schools to be used exclusively for the partial payment of the annual salary of the county superintendent of schools. Such amount shall be paid for such purpose from the allowance made to the county school service fund pursuant to Section 14054.
