The assent of the state is given to the provisions in the act of Congress entitled “An act to promote the mining of coal, phosphate, oil, oil shale, gas and sodium on the public domain,” and approved by the President, February 25, 1920. All money derived from bonuses, royalties, and rentals under the act of Congress referred to in this section and apportioned under the act to the state, shall be received by the State Treasurer and by him credited to the State School Fund.
