(a) The fee for filing a statement of partnership is seventy dollars ($70). (b) Unless another fee is specified by law or the law specifies that no fee is to be charged, the fee for filing any partnership statement pursuant to this chapter is thirty dollars ($30). (c) There is no fee for filing a statement of dissolution for the purposes of canceling a statement of partnership.
