This chapter shall apply only to the following: (a) Nonagricultural workers under the federal H-2B visa program established pursuant to Section 101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(b) of the federal Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. Sec. 1101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(b)). (b) On and after July 1, 2027, agricultural workers under the federal H-2A visa program established pursuant to Section 101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(a) of the federal Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. Sec. 1101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(a)).
