The Department of Consumer Affairs shall receive and account for all moneys collected under this chapter at the end of each month, and shall pay it into the Treasury to the credit of the Structural Pest Control Fund, which is hereby continued in existence. The moneys in this fund shall be expended for the pro rata cost of administration of the Department of Consumer Affairs and for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
