The amounts of the fees payable under this chapter relating to licenses to operate an establishment are as follows: (a) The application and initial license fee shall be not more than eighty dollars ($80). (b) The renewal fee shall be not more than forty dollars ($40). (c) The delinquency fee is 50 percent of the renewal fee in effect on the date of renewal. (d) Any application and initial license fee for the change of ownership of an existing establishment may be established by the board in an amount less than the fee prescribed for a new establishment, but sufficient to cover the costs of processing the application and issuing the license.
