(a) “Members of the personnel of record” as used in this chapter means every person listed in the records of the registrar as then associated with a licensee. (b) “Person” as used in this chapter includes an individual, a firm, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, federally recognized tribe, association or other organization, or any combination thereof. (c) “Qualifying person,” “qualifying individual,” or “qualifier,” as used in this chapter, means a person who qualifies for a license pursuant to Section 7068.
