(a) Every applicant for a license under this chapter shall file an application with the board accompanied by the application fee prescribed by this chapter. Every application shall also be accompanied by the applicable examination fee prescribed by this chapter. (b) The application shall contain information showing that the applicant has all the qualifications required by the board for admission to an examination.
