(a) The amount of fees prescribed for acupuncture tutorial programs shall be as follows: (1) The application and registration fee to supervise an acupuncture trainee shall be one hundred dollars ($100) and may be increased to not more than two hundred dollars ($200). (2) The annual renewal fee for approval to supervise an acupuncture trainee shall be two hundred ($200) and may be increased to not more than five hundred dollars ($500). (3) The application fee for an acupuncture trainee shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000) and may be increased to not more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500). (4) The annual renewal fee for an acupuncture trainee shall be five hundred dollars ($500) and may be increased to not more than six hundred dollars ($600). (5) The delinquency fee for a supervisor shall be set in accordance with Section 163.5. (6) The delinquency fee for an acupuncture trainee shall be one hundred dollars ($100) and may be increased to not more than two hundred dollars ($200). (b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2021.
