(a) An entity conducting an onsite pharmacy audit shall not initiate or schedule a pharmacy audit during the first five business days of any calendar month, unless it is expressly agreed to by the pharmacy being audited. (b) An entity conducting an onsite pharmacy audit shall provide the pharmacy at least two weeks’ prior written notice before conducting an initial audit.
