(a) The board shall have exclusive authority to interpret and enforce the provisions of this chapter regarding the practice of pharmacy and the licensing of pharmacists and pharmacies. (b) Any violation of this chapter by a licensee of the board shall be determined exclusively by the board. (c) The board shall have the sole authority to conduct investigations, hold hearings, and impose disciplinary actions for violations of this chapter by licensees of the board. (d) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the board from evaluating or acting regarding unlicensed activity.
