Every application filed by the intended transferee with the department for the transfer of an onsale or offsale general license shall indicate whether the consideration, if any, to be paid to the transferor includes payment for any or all of the following: (a) Inventory. (b) Fixtures. (c) Transfer of the license. The actual amount of the consideration, if any, to be paid for items (a), (b) and (c) is to be indicated in the application.
