(a) A magazine distributor, or any person, firm, or corporation representing a magazine distributor shall clearly and conspicuously place the subscription expiration date on all magazine renewal notices mailed to its subscribers or direct subscribers to refer to the magazine’s mailing label to find the subscription expiration date. (b) All magazine mailing labels shall clearly and conspicuously disclose the subscription expiration date.
