In order to register a name, mark or device under this article, the supplier shall do all of the following: (a) File in the office of the Secretary of State a description of the names, marks, or devices so used. (b) Cause the description of the name, mark or device to be printed once a week for three successive weeks in a newspaper published in the county in which the principal place of business of the supplier is located.
