For the 2009–10 fiscal year, the total of the following amounts shall be transferred from the General Fund to the Youthful Offender Block Grant Fund: (a) The amount transferred to the Youthful Offender Block Grant Fund for the 2008–09 fiscal year, as described in subdivision (a) of Section 1952, adjusted to account for full-year impacts. (b) One hundred seventeen thousand dollars ($117,000) per ward multiplied by the ADP for the year for wards who are not committed to the custody of the state pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 733, and Sections 731.1 and 1767.35. (c) Fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) per parolee multiplied by the ADP for the year for parolees who are supervised by the county of commitment pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 1766.
