Beginning with the proposed budget for the 2014–15 fiscal year, and each fiscal year thereafter, the Department of Finance shall report in the Governor’s proposed budget and the May Revision the difference in General Fund benefit for the upcoming fiscal year resulting from this article and what was anticipated at the time the Budget Act of 2013 was enacted.
