WIC §14100.52: (a) Each year, by no later than January 10 and concurrently with the release of the May Revision, the State Department of Health Care Services shall provide to the fiscal committees of the Legislature

(a) Each year, by no later than January 10 and concurrently with the release of the May Revision, the State Department of Health Care Services shall provide to the fiscal committees of the Legislature supplemental fiscal information for the Drug Medi-Cal Program. This supplemental fiscal information shall include adult, minor-consent, child, and perinatal unique client counts and summary fiscal charts with current-year and budget-year proposals. (b) For purposes of making the information described in subdivision (a) available to the public, the department shall post this information on its Internet Web site.
