(a) Any aged, blind, or disabled individual who is eligible for assistance under this chapter or Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 12500), and who is not described in Section 12304, shall receive services under this article which do not exceed the maximum of 195 hours per month. (b) Any aged, blind, or disabled individual who is eligible for assistance under this chapter or Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 12500), who is in need, as determined by the county welfare department, of at least 20 hours per week of the services defined in Section 12304, shall be eligible to receive services under this article, the total of which shall not exceed a maximum of 283 hours per month.
