(c) “Mono Lake Basin” means Mono Lake and its watershed. (d) “Environmental Water Program” means the Environmental Water Program created pursuant to Article 3 (commencing with Section 12929.20). (e) “Mono Lake Committee” means the California nonprofit citizens organization formed to save Mono Lake. (f) “Water Quality Program” means the Water Quality program created pursuant to Article 4 (commencing with Section 12929.30).
