(b) Section 38316, relating to reckless driving. (c) Section 38317, relating to reckless driving with injury. (d) Subdivision (a) of Section 38318 or subdivision (a) of Section 38318.5, relating to off-highway vehicles. (e) Section 38319, relating to protection of the environment. (f) Section 38320, relating to the depositing of matter.
