(b) BART from Warm Springs to Milpitas, San Jose, and Santa Clara, sponsored by the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority. (c) San Francisco Muni Third Street Light-Rail Transit Project: Phase 2-New Central Subway, sponsored by the San Francisco County Transportation Authority and San Francisco Muni.
