(a) If the boards of supervisors of two or more counties included within the district adopt resolutions pursuant to Section 28752, the board of directors shall call a special election which shall be consolidated with the direct primary election to be held on June 4, 1974. (b) The board of directors shall provide for the publication of notice of the election pursuant to Section 6066 of the Government Code. The first publication of notice shall be made between May 1 and May 15, 1974. (c) The ballot for the election shall contain substantially the instructions required to be printed on ballots for use at general elections and the following proposition substantially as follows: Shall the members of the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District be elected? YES NO
