PRC §5093.32: As used in this chapter: (a) “Minimum management requirements” means the minimum wilderness management actions that are necessary to administer a wilderness area for the purpose of this chapter.

(d) “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Resources Agency. (e) “System” means the California wilderness preservation system. (f) “Wilderness areas” means component areas of the system as described in Section 5093.33, 5093.34, or 5093.345.
