Notwithstanding Sections 33349 and 33361, the notice provided for in such sections applicable to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Crescent City need be published only once, at least ten days prior to the hearing in question. The notice of the hearing by the agency on the redevelopment plan may be published at the same time as the notice of the hearing by the legislative body on the redevelopment plan, and both hearings may be held on the same day. Notwithstanding Section 33500, no action attacking or otherwise questioning the validity of any redevelopment plan, or the adoption or approval of such plan, or any of the findings or determinations of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Crescent City or the legislative body in connection with such plan shall be brought prior to the adoption of the redevelopment plan nor at any time after the lapse of thirty days from and after the date of adoption of the ordinance adopting the plan.
