(a) A local agency may revoke or modify a permit issued pursuant to Section 25284 for cause, including, but not limited to, any of the following: (1) Violation of any of the terms or conditions of the permit. (2) Obtaining the permit by misrepresentation or intentional failure to fully disclose all relevant facts. (3) A change in any condition that requires modification or termination of the operation of the underground storage tank. (b) The local agency shall revoke the permit of an underground storage tank issued pursuant to Section 25284 if the owner or operator is not in compliance with Article 3 (commencing with Section 25299.30) of Chapter 6.75 on the date three months after the date on which the owner or operator of the tank first becomes subject to Article 3 (commencing with Section 25299.30) of Chapter 6.75.
