(a) Nothing in this article prohibits a generator from managing and transporting used oil, to the extent consistent with federal law, in accordance with Sections 25110.10, 25121.3, and 25163.3, if the generator meets the requirements specified in Sections 25110.10, 25121.3, and 25163.3. (b) This section does not constitute a change in, but is declaratory of, existing law.
