(a) Unless the facility meets the requirements of Section 25250.11, each used oil recycling, storage, or transfer facility shall submit a report, on or before March 1 of each even-numbered year, to the department, on a form provided by the department, containing all of the following information: (1) The total volume of used oil possessed at the beginning and end of the preceding calendar year. (2) The total volume of used oil received during the preceding calendar year. (3) The total volume of used oil recycled during the preceding calendar year, itemized as follows: (A) Prepared for reuse as a petroleum product. (B) Consumed in the process of preparing for reuse, including wastes generated. (C) Prepared for reuse other than as a petroleum product, specifying each type of other use. (D) Not recycled but transported offsite. (E) The manner in which the used oil is processed or re-refined, including the specific processes used, if applicable. (4) Any other information which the department may require. (b) The department may utilize reports collected by other governmental agencies to obtain the information required by this section.
