(a) It shall be unlawful to manufacture a truck camper as defined in Section 18010, unless the truck camper has a manufacturer’s serial or identification number legibly stamped onto or permanently affixed to the interior and exterior of the truck camper. (b) No retailer shall sell any new truck camper unless the truck camper has a manufacturer’s serial or identification number as required in subdivision (a).
