(a) The department shall conduct an unannounced visit to a facility within 30 days after the effective date of a temporary suspension of a license in order to ensure that the facility is nonoperational, unless the department previously has verified that the facility is nonoperational. (b) The department shall conduct an unannounced visit to a facility within 30 days after the effective date of a revocation of a license in order to ensure that the facility is nonoperational, unless the department previously has verified that the facility is nonoperational.
