In addition to other records and accounts, the board shall keep such records and accounts as may be necessary to show at any time: (a) The total accumulated contributions of members. (b) The accumulated contributions of the State held on account of members, which shall include the amounts available to meet the obligation of the State on account of benefits granted to retired members.
