GOV §7928.000: (a) Except as provided in Sections 7924.

(a) Except as provided in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require the disclosure of correspondence of and to the Governor or employees of the Governor’s office or in the custody of or maintained by the Governor’s Legal Affairs Secretary. (b) Public records shall not be transferred to the custody of the Governor’s Legal Affairs Secretary to evade the disclosure provisions of this division.
