(a) In Fresno County, the compensation of each regular official court reporter shall be determined through the collective bargaining process. (b) For the purposes of retirement, the compensation of each regular official court reporter shall be deemed to be the total of all per diem and transcription fees paid by the county or court to that regular official court reporter for all reporting services, plus his or her salary.
