No later than June 30 of each year after the adoption of an infrastructure financing plan, the legislative body shall post an annual report in an easily identifiable and accessible location on the legislative body’s Internet Web site. The annual report shall contain all of the following: (a) A summary of the district’s expenditures. (b) A description of the progress made toward the district’s adopted goals. (c) An assessment of the status regarding completion of the district’s projects.
