GOV §53356.3: At any time after the tax collector has been relieved of his or her duty to collect sums under Section 53356.

At any time after the tax collector has been relieved of his or her duty to collect sums under Section 53356.2 and before judgment in a foreclosure action, the local agency or trustee shall dismiss the action upon payment of all of the following: (a) The amount of any delinquent special taxes together with any penalties, interest, and costs accrued thereon to date of complete payment hereunder. (b) Costs of suit, including, but not limited to, litigation guarantees provided by title companies with respect to all claims of ownership or interest in the subject property. (c) Attorneys’ fees authorized by the local agency. (d) The tax collector’s costs authorized by subdivision (d) of Section 53356.2.
